As the resistance force’s commander, it’s the player’s job to select the right soldiers for each mission, and this is one of those games where death is not reversible. The maps are also procedurally generated, so each playthrough provides new and exciting ways to mess up.
When video games became about “story” (movie clips showing you plot), difficult became a hindrance to the next plot point. So, games got easier and easier. In The Legend of Zelda, there was no hurry to get to the next dungeon because all there was, was more dungeon. What this means, though, is that “carrot on a stick” gameplay doesn’t exist. You’re not merely pounding out the same receptive task only to see “what happens next”. NES and SNES gameplay is all “in the moment” because that’s all there is.
I was able to wreck SMW at 8 years old and when I first started playing the Souls games I didn’t think it was hard. Beat ninja gaiden black on Xbox on max difficulty for fun and to prove it wasn’t impossible to a co worker who was younger than me.

It’s the distribution of original game contents that where they’ll care. They wouldn’t care if you still need the contents to play with it. Even if they went further (which opens them up to ridicule), if you have a legal copy and simply modifying it, that’s all fine.
I do have a working RCT3 Platinum ISO that doesn’t require a CD to be played, I used to use this before I eventually got the game on Steam. I still have my original CD but this was just easier to use and setup so I used to use it. I also have a working ISO of RCT3 vanilla which is very useful for pyro creating since the AFE is much better in vanilla versus platinum/complete edition.

Open world star wars game
Star Wars Outlaws tells the story of Kay Vess and her axolotl-like companion Nix attempting “one of the greatest heists the Outer Rim has ever seen.” It’s a scoundrel story that aims to emulate the adventures of Han Solo or Jack Sparrow while being “a little bit more relatable,” according to creative director Julian Gerighty. “More of a rookie, a petty thief, who ends up in a situation that’s much bigger than they ever expected,” he said.
To that end, the game’s quest log also separates your objectives into different categories that denote importance: Quests, Intel, Expert Info, and more. Simply wandering around different planets, stumbling upon quests, hunting down treasure, and generally vibing with the world is, by far, my favorite part of Outlaws. Kay can explore both the surface of planets and space around them, which are littered with crafting materials, paint jobs for your vehicles, new clothes, shiny objects Nix loves, and more.
A reasonable comparison might be the later Saints Row games, which are also open-world games full of repetitive activities. The big difference is that Outlaws’ missions don’t have the same panache or bombast that keep Saints Row this side of stale; instead of “this time, kill the pedestrians with a dubstep cannon,” Kay is left to do the same things in the same ways with the same tools, over and over again. Worse, some activities are, frankly, overdesigned. An extended five-minute quick-time event to eat corn on the cob is just excessive, but it’s there!

Gerrit Cole will pitch for New York in Game 5, and while the Dodgers took Game 1 with Cole pitching, the Yankees ace gave up only one earned run. The Dodgers got five off the Yankees’ bullpen in four innings, of course including Freddie Freeman’s walk-off grand slam. Los Angeles will roll with Jack Flaherty, who gave up two runs, five hits, and had six strikeouts in Game 1.
In the top of the first inning, Freddie Freeman hit a two-run home run, breaking the record he had tied in the previous game with the sixth consecutive World Series game he had homered in. In the bottom of the first inning, Gleyber Torres flied out to right fielder Mookie Betts in foul territory for the first out of the inning. As he leapt to make the catch against the wall, Betts was accosted by two Yankees fans who attempted to strip the ball from his glove. The fans were ejected from the stadium and banned from the rest of the series. The Yankees scored a run in the bottom of the second inning after Anthony Volpe drew a walk, Austin Wells hit a double, and Alex Verdugo hit an RBI groundout. In the bottom of the third inning, Volpe hit a two-out grand slam off of Daniel Hudson to give the Yankees a 5–2 lead. Will Smith hit a home run for the Dodgers in the fifth inning to cut the lead to two runs. Later that inning, Tommy Edman scored when Freeman beat out a fielder’s choice to first base after the Dodgers won a review challenge on what had originally been called an inning-ending double play. Wells hit a solo home run for the Yankees in the sixth inning to increase the lead to two. The Yankees scored five more runs in the bottom of the eighth inning off Dodger reliever Brett Honeywell Jr. on an RBI fielder’s choice by Verdugo, a three-run home run by Gleyber Torres, and an RBI single by Aaron Judge, extending the lead to 11–4. Tim Mayza closed out Game 4 to make the Yankees the first team since the Cincinnati Reds in 1970 to force a fifth game and avoid being swept after having lost the first three games in a World Series.

Can Flaherty keep it going? He has been hot and cold this postseason, and in many ways his whole career. If the Dodgers get Good Flaherty, they could finish this off Wednesday. If they get Bad Flaherty, everyone may be heading back to Los Angeles for Game 6. The Dodgers came into the series just hoping their rotation could hold up. It has turned out to be their strength. They need it to remain so.
