2.Company will not entertain any sales call on any other Company number other than allotted salesdepartments number .There has been cases of personal bribery by employees.
3.All sales calls will be Recorded and Reviewed .Company will take legal action any malicious activity under
Jurisdiction of Delhi .
4.All sales above INR 15000 required PO to be raised by Client in his behalf for Bluepixel Media and
Entertainment pvt LTD.
5.payments will be done at 50% or 100% advance ,No service will be given without advance and contract ,All
clients will be abide by contract terms and Condition and Business terms and conditions.
6.Company will provide Customer CRM with login and Dashboard to all it’s existing and new clients at no cost
for tracking of projects
and their payment history .
7.All sales made ,once made cannot be refunded ,all services provided by Bluepixel Media and Entertainment
are non-refundable.
8.Customer cannot claim any amount after completion of service period .
9.Refund can only be raised if customer wants to stop service just 7 days after starting it .After 7 days of continued services ,customer cannot claim any refund if he or she is not satisfied from service.
10.All payments will be accept with GST which is 18%.
11.Company will not be claiming any ROI on marketing campaigns .
12.Minimum cost of Server for 1 website is 6500 per year which included 20 GB monthly bandwidth and 2 GB data yearly, Its a shared server which comes free with every website package.
13.Cost of Server and maintenance depends upon Number of users and Bandwidth usage .
14.If you fail to renew your website ,after 7 days ,will not be able to claim any data .
15.For website data ,After Expiry of Hosting clients has to pay INR 9000 per website.
16.There is no guarantee of Website hacking and Bluepixel Media doesn’t hold any responsibility on
hacking after we deliver website to our clients .
17.If client is using security measure like SSL and Sitelock ,then those companies take responsibility of
website .
18.Mobile apps hosted on Bluepixel Media account ,Are individual properties ,developer by One developer
Bluepixel Media . BluePixel Media Doesn’t hold any ownership of apps hosted on its developer account.
19. BluePixel Media doesn’t grantee Google presence ,if SEO is not done on website .
20.There is no grantee and warranty of website ,after its delivered to clients , Support only offered on paid basis monthly which is minimum 1500 per month per website.
21.All payments made to bluepixel media are non refundable.
22.Yearly renewal cost of Hosting and Domain depends upon usage of website .
23.Domain renewal is done by clients not Bluepixel and entertainment.
24.Blue pixel media charges Service charge of INR 1500 for domain or hosting booking on clients behalf.
25.You are accepting all the terms and condition of Blue pixel media uploaded on Websites ,Social media
Handles and on invoices .
26. Bluepixel media only provide 1 free Consultancy meeting during sales.All In-person meeting will be paid.
Minimum meeting Cost INR 2500 per hour for Local Delhi/NCR consultancy and INR 5000 per Hour for Out of
City consultancy meeting.
27.Our sales representatives ,only give one free visit and consultancy hour .
28.We assume Clients have read all the terms and Conditions before initiating payment, as its their right and choice. Kindly don’t argue with terms and conditions after Initiating payments. Initiating Payment means you agreed to all terms & Conditions mentioned on this Invoice sent to you, Through Email, Whatsapp or Post .
We only provide online support and consultancy free of cost.
